I'm not sure which size bracelet to order?
All our handmade bracelet measurements display the measurement of the bracelet when laid out flat. We do provide an approximate guide on each of our product pages to assist you in choosing the correct size. If you wish to measure you own wrist, please add an extra 1 inch onto the measurement to allow for the thickness of the beads.
How do I send my photo?
Photo's can be uploaded on the product's description page. If you experience any problems uploading a photo, after placing your order please forward your photo to email@example.com, quoting your order number.
Do you engrave in colour?
No, All engraving is etched into the metal which produces a holographic effect of your image. As light hits the surface of your item the engraving becomes more visable.
Do I need to edit my photo before sending?
No, we will crop and edit your photo prior to engraving. To achieve the best results we may remove the background from your image. If you prefer us not to do this, please add a note in the additional information box on the product description page to advise us not to do this.
What is the best type of photo for engraving?
Please choose a photo that is clear and has good lighting. If we feel your photo is unsuitable due to poor lighting or clarity, we will message you to advise. If you would like us to check your photo prior to you ordering, please forward the photo to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will advise you.
Is the engraving Permanent?
Yes, all engraving is etched into the metal and will not rub off.
Is their a limit on the number of characters that can be engraved?
We will do our best to engrave any text you send onto your item. Some smaller items may have a size restriction, if so this information will be displayed within the products description.
Do you check spellings and punctuation before engraving?
No, we only engrave the text exactly as you send to us. Please double check any spelling, capital letters and punctuation at the time of submitting your order as we cannot be held responsible for spelling errors made by the customer.
How long will my order take?
Due to the bespoke nature of our items, different products have different production times, please see the delivery section for timescales.
Do you ship outside of the UK?
No, unfortunately we only ship within the UK at the moment.
I've not recieved my order?
In the unlikely event and you have not receievd your order after 7 days from our despatch date, please email us at email@example.com with your order number and we will investigate this for you.
I've changed my mind can I cancel my order?
Non Personalised Goods - Can be cancelled anytime upto despatch. If you have already recieved your item you are more than welcome to return the item to us, in the same un-used condition within 21 days of your purchase. (Buyer to pay return postage). Upon receipt we will issue you a full refund. In all instances please email us and we will provide you with our return details.
Personalised Goods - Can only be cancelled prior to your order being processed. After your order has been processed, unfortunately we are unable to cancel and issue a refund as we are unable to resell a personalised item after it has been made. We also do not accept returns on personalised goods for the same above reason. If however an error has been made on our behalf, we will refund or replace the item for you.
